Absolutely love getting bread from Emily. It's honestly the best bread I've eaten, it doesn't usually last a day with us -we just eat the whole loaf. It's brilliant Emily does all this from her home with her lovely family. it's such a nice community feel to collect your bread from her house and have a little chat to a wonderful human being in a world that's moving towards so much automation. Emily's Ethos is also something I truly love, her passion for looking after farmers, using the best grains and no preservatives is something to be applauded. A great addition to our beautiful little village and I'd love to see more village producers.- Service

Emily bakes beautiful bread in small batches with dedication love and passion. It is clear that she adores what she does as it shows in each bake. My favourites are her Her-itage loaf, her deep filled flavourful moist focaccias, and her classic bakewell’s. You will not regret an order from the Village Bakery. Do it! 😋

Picked up a heritage sourdough and a cheddar & caramelised red onion sourdough from Tywardreath Village Bakery at Bodmin Market — both were absolutely delicious! Great texture, full of flavour, and clearly made with care.
Emily, Joe, and little Lyra were running the stall and were so friendly and welcoming. You can tell they’re passionate about what they do — and it really shows in the bread.

Wow, maybe the best sourdough bread and focaccia I have ever tried!! The new lemon, custard, gooseberry and pistachio buns were also to die for. I wish I lived local!

Outstanding baked goods! I first had the cookies and cupcakes from Buttery Biscuit Bakery while I was living down in Cornwall. I make sure to get a batch whenever I’m down that way, and will be ordering a box for delivery on my birthday. We’re in London now and still haven’t found a better cookie. Would highly recommend ordering a box to see what all the fuss is about!

There’s baking and then there’s the absolute alchemy and magic that Emily stirs into her creations. It’s so obvious from one bite that she’s put so much thought into the flavour balance and they are decorated so beautifully too. The cake itself is lovely, light and moist; I will be booking her for any occasion I can and sometimes for no occasion at all. New favourite bakery.
Emily was the sweetest person to work with! I had a very custom request for her for a special occasion for me (pictured) and she did a wonderful job!! Great at both baking and communication. 100% recommend this bakery!!! 🤗🤗
Recently ordered some cupcakes from the online shop, & they were just wonderful! They arrived in perfect condition, light, fluffy and flavoursome! I can't recommend this bakery enough 🥰
Emily makes amazing food! We just picked up her warm vegetarian ‘sausage’ rolls and garlic and rosemary focaccia. They are absolutely delicious! I recommend them wholeheartedly.
